How many people can stay at the UTC villa?

Villa bookings are for groups of 8 to 12 guests at £60 per person per night. The villa is built for fight teams, coaches, retreats, and training holiday groups.

Can we book training facilities with the villa?

Yes. The Villa includes two full boxing rings, a punch bag rack, a CrossFit rig, and a private swimming pool. Football belongs only to the future UTC Camp.

Can we pay a deposit?

Villa bookings support a 30% deposit to secure the stay or full payment through Stripe Checkout.

Can I pay in pounds or euros?

Yes. Villa checkout supports GBP and EUR. Euro prices are calculated from the GBP nightly rate and extras using the latest available ECB reference rate, with each amount rounded up to whole euros.

Are airport transfers and catering available?

Airport transfers, catering packages, and personal trainer sessions can be requested during the booking flow.
