How many people can stay at the UTC villa?
Villa bookings are for groups of 6 to 12 guests at £60 per person per night. The villa is built for fight teams, coaches, retreats, and training holiday groups.
Can we book training facilities with the villa?
Yes. The Villa includes two full boxing rings, a punch bag rack, a CrossFit rig, and a private swimming pool. When the main camp is open, there will be extra amenities that can be purchased to improve your visit.
Can we pay a deposit?
Villa bookings require a 10% deposit to secure the stay or full payment through Stripe Checkout.
Can I pay in pounds or euros?
Villa checkout supports GBP and EUR. Euro prices are calculated from the GBP nightly rate and extras using the latest available ECB reference rate, with each amount rounded up to whole euros.
Are airport transfers and catering available?
The villa is self-catering, and we recommend you hire a vehicle for your trip, as we do not offer airport transfers.
